Adult swim squad sessions cater for swimmers who wish to improve their fitness and stroke technique. Starting from Tuesday 11th October 2011, sessions will be held every Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm to 8pm. Cost  - $85.00 per month ( 8 -10 sessions )
